Nice, and stylish place. Right in the middle of Austin

Jillian & Jason’s place was very impressive. The house was exactly like the listing and there were lots of beds!

Jason communicates information and expectations clearly and timely, but he does not deliver on guest expectations.
Upon our arrival the exterior area was filthy, the unit was not... read more clean and basic amenities were lacking. Additionally the unit was not well maintained with closet doors off the tracks, drapes not hung properly, TV remote missing. And most importantly there is not a security deadbolt or bar for the front door. I shared other issues privately with the host, hopefully he will address them. But this was such a disappointing experience I will not stay at any of his properties again. The feeling I had was that he is an absentee owner that never inspects the property and quite frankly just doesn’t care. I am comparing this stay to stays I have had all over the world. This is the first poor review I have written. Be mindful before booking.
