Living room / Kitchen Dining: condensed and open format . Smart TV with Roku. No cable TV. Stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, microwave, and coffee maker. There is no dishwasher in this house. All needed basic cooking ware and dinnerware.



Parking: 5 parking spots total. 3 parking spots on property. 2nd street requires residential permit parking. We have hangtags for 2 additional vehicles to park on the street in front of the house during the stay. We ask that our guests bring no more than 5 vehicles unless authorized by Host in advance.

**Please note all persons on the property are considered chargeable guests and need to be accounted for on the reservation. This includes any visitors. The price will be automatically calculated when you book, based on the number of guests you enter. After six guests, the rent increases by $38.89 per person per night for each night of the entire reservation. Occupancy cannot be broken down into individual night charges. The property has outdoor security cameras and occupancy is monitored and enforced.**
