-PARKING: The driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles, END TO END (1 car wide), depending on size (41 feet long). We ask that our Guests to bring no more than 2 vehicles unless authorized by Host in advance.

-Tons of windows to let in light for a very open feel.
-Living/Dining/Kitchen: Big fully furnished living room with a large Smart TV. Roku with streaming Netflix subscription. Log in to other streaming apps with your subscriptions **There is no cable TV**. Very large kitchen is great for meal preparation, complete with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware.
-Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms. Master bedroom has private, en suite large bathroom (2nd floor). 2nd bathroom located on 1st floor next to kitchen. 3rd bathroom on 2nd floor in hall. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided.
-Clothes hanging space in each bedroom.
-Multiple full length mirrors.

The price will be automatically calculated when you book, based on the number of guests you enter. After six guests, the rent increases by $55.56 per person per night for each night of the entire reservation. Occupancy cannot be broken down into individual night charges. The property has outdoor security cameras and occupancy is monitored and enforced.**
