**Please note, we do not allow smoking, prolonged drinking and partying while on the Property. If you’re a smoker or a disrespectful, loud or rowdy group, THIS SPACE IS NOT FOR YOU. The Property has outdoor cameras and noise detection devices that are monitored at all times.**

-Hall Bedroom (teal) - 1 queen bed, 1 full bed
*Flex Room (navy) – 1 queen bed, private access to patio
-Living Room – 2 couches
*Please note that the flex room is not technically a bedroom. A curtain divides it from the living room.

There are more than enough freshly cleaned sheets, blankets and pillows for all these sleeping spaces. All sleeping spaces are extremely comfortable!

-The condo is very well maintained and very clean.
-Tons of windows to let in light for a very open feel.
-Living/Dining/Kitchen: Big fully furnished living room with a large TV. Amazon Fire TV with streaming Netflix subscription and other content. *There is no cable TV*. 2 comfortable couches. Huge kitchen island with 6 stools is perfect for collaboration/work, dining, playing a game and/or socializing. Very large kitchen is great for meal preparation, complete with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware for 6.
-Bathrooms: Master bedroom has private large bathroom. Large walk-in shower. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. 2nd bathroom located across hall from 2nd bedroom.
-Tons of closet space and shelf space with each bedroom including hangers. Flex bedroom has garment rack and shelf space.
-Energy efficient central HVAC.
-High speed WIFI.
-Fresh towels provided.
-Cards and tons of games.
-Fresh coffee. Filters, creamer and sugar provided.
