-Small Bedroom - 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed
*Flex Room (navy) – 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, private access to patio
-Living Room – 1 large sectional.
*Please note that the flex room has a curtain that divides it from the living room and other spaces.
There are more than enough freshly cleaned sheets, blankets and pillows for all these sleeping spaces. All sleeping spaces are extremely comfortable!

-The condo is very well maintained and very clean.
-Tons of windows to let in light for a very open feel.
-Living/Dining/Kitchen: Big fully furnished living room with a large Smart TV. Roku with streaming Netflix subscription and other content. *There is no cable TV*. 1 big comfortable sectional. Huge farm table with benches and kitchen island with 4 stools is perfect for collaboration/work, dining, playing a game and/or socializing. Very large kitchen is great for meal preparation, complete with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware for 8.
-Bathrooms: Master bedroom has private large bathroom with double vanity. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. 2nd bathroom located by kitchen across from 2nd bedroom. It has a walk-in shower.
-Tons of closet space and shelf space with each bedroom including hangers. Flex bedroom has garment rack and shelf space.
-Energy efficient central HVAC.
-High speed WIFI.
-Fresh towels provided.
-Cards and tons of games.
-Fresh coffee. Filters, creamer and sugar provided.
-Washer and Dryer available. Laundry detergent, softener and bleach provided for on-site laundry.
-Iron and ironing board.
-Hair Dryer.
-Some toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies provided.
*Furnishings and amenities will be furnished as described whenever possible. In the event that an item is damaged/broken/lost the owner will restock as soon as possible. All items in description/pictures are not guaranteed.
