-PARKING: 2 dedicated spots. 1 reserved parking space on property and 1 vehicle can be parked on the street. We ask that our guests bring NO MORE THAN 2 VEHICLES unless authorized by Host in advance.

-Living/Dining/Kitchen: Fully furnished living room with a large Smart TV. Log in to most streaming apps with your subscriptions **There is no cable TV**. Kitchen is great for meal preparation, complete with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware.
