? GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire homes. This listing is for both sides (2 houses) of a duplex. A duplex is 2 houses with a shared wall. The pools and outdoor amenity areas are private and fully fenced. The entire property has 2 duplexes (4 houses), so there may be interaction with other guests outside of your private space.There may be interaction with other guests outside of your private space including the shared driveway and parking areas. We ask everyone to be kind and courteous while staying at our property. And move inside after 1030pm. Some amenity lights may not turn on after that time.


Please note:

? PARKING: Free parking is available for 4 vehicles in reserved spots in the driveway.. NO MORE THAN 4 VEHICLES unless authorized by Host in advance.

? WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the homes.

? PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding.

? Please note all persons on the property are considered chargeable guests and need to be accounted for on the reservation. This includes any visitors. The price will be automatically calculated when you book based on the number of guests you enter. After 12 guests, the rent increases by $55.56 per person per night for each night of the entire reservation. Occupancy cannot be broken down into individual night charges. Please note, the property has outdoor security cameras and occupancy is monitored and enforced.
