? PARKING: Free parking is available for 5 vehicles total. 4 in reserved spots in the driveway (fully private and gated). 1 on the street - curb parking. NO MORE THAN 5 VEHICLES unless authorized by Host in advance.

? WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the homes.

? PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding.
