? PARKING: Free parking is available for 8 vehicles total. 6 in reserved spots in the driveway (fully private and gated). 2 on the street - curb parking. NO MORE THAN 8 VEHICLES unless authorized by Host in advance.

? WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the homes.

? PETS: We have a no-pet policy due to allergies. Thank you for understanding.

No refunds will be provided for issues related to hot tub condition or availability.

? Host cannot control 1) weather or 2) damage/conditions caused by other guests, which may affect your use of the pool, hot tubs and outdoor amenities. While we strive to ensure everything is perfect for each reservation, outdoor amenities are not guaranteed as photographed. In addition, we will be readily available to timely remedy any issues or concerns if notified upon guest check-in.
