-PARKING: 2 dedicated spots on the property. We ask that our guests bring NO MORE THAN 2 VEHICLES unless authorized by Host in advance.

-2 story home with tons of windows to let in light for a very open feel.
-Living/Dining/Kitchen: Fully furnished living room with a large Smart Roku TV. Log in to most streaming apps with your subscriptions **There is no cable TV**. Kitchen is great for meal preparation, complete with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware.
-Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom. Half bathroom is downstairs. 2 full bathrooms upstairs. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided.
-Clothes hanging space in all bedrooms.
-Multiple full-length mirrors.
-Energy efficient central HVAC.
-High speed WIFI.
-Fresh towels provided.

The price will be automatically calculated when you book, based on the number of guests you enter. After six guests, the rent increases by $55.56 per person per night for each night of the entire reservation. Occupancy cannot be broken down into individual night charges. The property has outdoor security cameras and occupancy is monitored and enforced.**
